Kent's Story
Destiny, is that really a thing?
It must be; without destiny, we have no idea what Kent Boehm would be doing; Fortunately, Kent’s career path brought him to the formal world of Business Coaching. His journey started as a teenager reading business and leadership books which led to business school, the University of Saskatchewan, where he graduated with an Honors Degree in business.
Kent truly discovered his passion for working with entrepreneurs in his 10-year career with Imperial Oil. Most notably, he was assigned 17 independent contractors as clients and was charged with helping them increase their revenue and market share and decrease inventory carrying costs. In just four years, those independent contractors went from $16.5M in sales to over $32M.
As that role wound down, Kent sought out the next challenge, an opportunity where he could combine his passion for learning, talking, and teaching business success and working with driven entrepreneurs. That is when he discovered the official world of Business Coaching. He purchased the coaching practice from his wife’s Business Coach in 2007.
Since 2007 Kent has achieved worldwide recognition for his work locally and internationally. He is now an International Speaker and an Award-winning Coach. He is the #1 Coach in Canada and the only Million Dollar Coach in Canada. He has worked with hundreds of businesses and their teams in over 50 different industries.
Today Kent spends his time working with business owners and senior leaders, helping them live their ideal lives and increasing the impact they are having.
